the BEST (guilt free, no bake) fudge

*non-vegan approved x5

3 ingredients | 15 minutes


- 1 cup dates (pitted)

- 1/2 cup cacao powder

- 1 cup nut butter

toppings (optional)

- cacao nibs


- walnuts

Soak dates in boiled water for ~10 minutes.

Add all ingredients to food processor & process until mix is a fudge-like texture.

Transfer mixture into a 8x8 baking dish, smoothing the mixture evenly.

Add toppings - cacao nibs were stocked but walnuts would have been amazing!

Freeze for 1/2 hour then store in fridge.
