(bowl above from kindly kitchen today)
My sweet lil' mountain town of Boone, NC is filled with the most amazing local coffee shops and restaurants that make it impossible not to eat out often.
Morning to night, there is always a place to satisfy your ravenous desires.

1. Espresso News
If you know me, you know this is my second home. Aside from its cozy atmosphere and delicious coffee drinks, enews also provides an array of different pastries every day from muffins to breads to cakes (vegan friendly options, too!!!), a list of different smoothies, and a daily soup.
There was probably a three months of my life that I had a muffin and soup from enews every day.
IF THEY HAVE A VEGAN CHOCOLATE GINGER PEAR MUFFIN, GRAB IT. (and you're welcome.)
The lemon poppy seed (+ the berries they have chosen that day) muffins are also bliss.

2. Kindly Kitchen
Again, if you know me, you know that I would spent the last $12 in my bank account (& have used the last $12 in my bank account) to indulge in a kindly kitchen bowl. Having a different menu every day, there is no end to your kindly kitchen consumption. Creating the most amazing & delicious vegan bowls, they provide you with an array of locally sourced veggies to choose from.
