salmon wrap

leftover salmon in the fridge?

need a quick lunch?

this recipe is for you!


- 1 cauliflower wrap

- 2.5 ounces salmon

- 1/4 cup black beans (cooked)

- 1 handful spinach

- 3 tbsp chopped scallions

- 1 tbsp hummus (my fav - cedar's organic garlic hummus)

- 1 tbsp spicy mayo


Heat skillet to medium heat, add salmon, beans, and spinach.

Cook for 5-10 minutes until spinach is completed wilted.

Toast your wrap.

My favorite way is placing the wrap straight on the stove top (few seconds each side).

Lay wrap flat, spread with hummus & mayo.

Add sautéed salmon, beans, & spinach.

Top with scallions.
