these oats are creamy and dreamy bringing warmth to a chilly fall morning
true story - a friend of mine hated oats since she was a child until I made her this recipe...

Ingredients
- 1-2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup rolled oats ( I use bob's red mill gf rolled oats)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
Boil one cup of almond milk in small pot.
Add oats and turn heat to low.
Cook oats for 20-30 min (stirring often).
If needed: Add more almond milk for creamier texture.
Once oats are soft, add pumpkin purée, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup.
Recommended Toppings: banana, blueberries, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon
