this pumpkin crumble bread (or cake, can't decide which to name it!) will make your entire house smell like heaven

Ingredients
WET
- 2 flax eggs (1 tbsp flax meal:3 tbsp water)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 almond milk
- 1/2 coconut oil
- 1/3 maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
DRY
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
CRUMBLE
- 1/3 cup crushed walnuts
(OPTIONAL) cashew frosting

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine dry and wet ingredients.
Transfer to loaf pan and press to an even layer.
Sprinkle crushed walnuts on top.
Bake 35-45 minutes.
Drizzle with cashew frosting.
