morning wellness tonic




Kickstart your morning with this super quick wellness tonic!


Ingredients

12 oz warm water

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (I use way more but it all depends on your tolerance of acv)

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp local honey (optional)

1/2 lemon (optional)

benefits:

- boosts immunity

- aids digestion

- aids weight loss

- aids in eliminating toxins

- improves brain function

- protects from free radicals




Pour acv into jar with cayenne pepper and finely cut ginger then top with warm water!
