lemon herb salmon

This baked salmon is perfect for a nice dinner ft a glass of crisp white wine.


- 1 salmon fillet

- 1 lemon (sliced)

- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)

- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)

- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place salmon, skin side down, on large baking sheet.

Combine parsley, garlic, and olive oil together in small bowl.

Brush mixture over salmon evenly and place lemon slices on top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
