
I love my kale & I love my berries...
so here they are together in a super smoothie.
Full of protein, antioxidants, vitamin a, vitamin k, vitamin c, manganese, potassium & more.

Ingredients
16 oz water
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use vega protein & greens)
1 frozen banana
2 handfuls kale
1 handful frozen blueberries
1 handful frozen blackberries
1 tsp chia seeds
Add all ingredients to blender & pulse until smooth. Pour into your favorite jar & top with chia seeds!
