honey mamas

During my exploration of health shops in Hawaii, I fell upon honey mamas.

Okay, I may have had one honey mama in the past.


It was not the lavender red rose!

Have you had the one? Tastes like dreams, covered in rose petals?

Yes? No?

Well either way, you’re in luck because here is the easiest recipe ever to recreate them!


1/4 cacao powder

3 tbsp honey

1 tsp coconut oil

optional pairings: lavender essential oil drops (1-2 drops) + rose petals/dried lavender, peppermint essential oil drops (1-2 drops) + peppermint crush, cayenne + cinnamon + crushed almonds


Combine ingredients in bowl until thick paste is formed.

Line a small container with parchment paper and evenly distribute your paste.

Top with dried lavender, peppermint, crushed almonds, or whatever your heart desires!

Enjoy (or freeze)!
