detox celery juice

- anti-inflammatory

vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, folate, potassium

decrease water retention, relieve bloating and boost digestion


- helps prevent/reduce the risk of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, liver disease & more








ingredients


- 2 stalks of celery (rinsed & cut)

- 1 large cucumber (rinsed & sliced)

- 1 lemon (juiced)

- 2-3 inch ginger (peeled)

- 1 cup water














Add all ingredients to blender.


Blend on high until smooth.


Place clean cheesecloth over large bowl and slowly pour the blended healthy goodness through the cloth.


Use hands to gently squeeze the juice through the cloth.


Drink immediately or store in fridge in sealed jars!
