Behold my favorite on-the-go breakfast!
Packed with protein, fiber, antioxidants, non-dairy calcium & more!
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Vega Protein & Greens)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1 handful of fresh berries
First, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon into a resealable container. Store overnight. In the morning, top with cinnamon, honey and fresh fruit.
