berry loaded vanilla protein pudding

The best post cycle (or any workout) treat!


Delicious & nutritious, filled with protein and antioxidants!



Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Vega Protein & Greens)

1 tablespoon hemp hearts

1 cup of water

1/2 banana

1 cup of blueberries

1 cup of black berries

1 tsp cinnamon




Combine protein powder, hemp hearts and water until nice and smooth. Use less water to make thicker, more to make less thick. I like mine nice and creamy!! Add berries and sprinkle some cinnamon on top!
