acv tonic

This tonic is really a chilled, more simple version of my morning wellness tonic.

This recipe may be easier to make if your mornings are more quick than easy going!


- 12 oz cold water

- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 lemon

First, squeeze your lemon juice. Then add acv and top with cold water.

While this recipe is super easy & simple, it is full of vitamins, minerals and enzymes that can help to balance your body's PH level, kill bacteria, aid in digestion, and boost energy.
